You can return any item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order. Alternatively we offer you a discount to place another order. In case you receive a faulty or incorrect item, the return costs will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer is responsible for the return costs. In case 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please mail us at hello@catchsomez.com to proceed with the order return.

 

HERE ARE THE BASICS

The returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach the warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you we have received the item(s). If you are approved, we will refund the price you paid for the item back to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

Please note that delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.
